Job Duties: Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations and makes a difference in the local community.

Qualifications / Experience: To be considered for this position you must be aged 18 years or over (for store legislative requirements) along with previous store retail experience, of which at least 6 months have been at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment. A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.Target driven to help to store achieve their business plans/priorities and be focused on continuous improvement.Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
