Job Duties: Employer - PEARLAI LTD.Researching facility management, security, event companies & others who are suitable as potential clients for Pearlai's world leading contactless facility management system. Identifying senior directors & owners of potential client companies. Marketing through emails, LinkedIn, & social media. Generating / designing marketing material with results from existing clients. Entering relevant details within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system & moving along the sales pipeline daily. Qualifying if potential clients are interested in Pearlai's contactless system. Developing & maintaining strong relationships Sending relevant sales & marketing material to potential clients. Passing potential sales leads on to senior sales team. Preparing concise, targeted proposals & contracts. Using Power BI to generate sales reports for management. Achieving sales lead generation & appointment quotas. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods. Strong inner drive and self-discipline. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Gmail. Desirable: Previous sales/lead generation experience within a technology industry. Experience with lead generation & marketing automation software including proficiency in HubSpot. Experience in selling software solutions. The ability to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment. The ability to learn & speak to the application of staff compliance and technologies. A proven track record achieving sales lead gen & appointment quotas. Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments & employ structured marketing methods is preferred. Full training provided if not. Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Gmail.Full training provided
