Job Duties: As a Team Leader you will lead by example demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to motivate your team to exceed Company targets and KPIs, whilst offering exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment.
Qualifications / Experience: To be considered for this position you must be aged 18 years or over, have at least 12 months' previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment, along with a minimum of 6 months' experience in successfully leading a team.
