Job Duties: Sales Executive Responsible for building Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.Clear understanding of business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.Update action plans and financial objectives monthly.Focus on generating Wedding bookings.Identify new business opportunities and increase sales.Represent the Hotel in various events and exhibitions.Implements all sales action plans as outlined in the marketing plan working closely with the SM marketing executive as to the online digital presence of the Hotel.Assist in other departments during emergencies or as deemed necessary by the General Manager. Carry out other duties / tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job.
Qualifications / Experience: An HND or above qualification in sales or hospitality is desired but not essential. You will have to be a keen, enthusiastic person with a passion for helping others, taking pride in what you do at all times and leading by example. You will need to be extremely customer focused with an eye for detail, and a strong personality to meet this challenge. A background and good understanding of customer service in Leisure or hospitality industry is advantageous.
