Job Duties: The Employer is: YOU 1ST MORTGAGES LTDBuild a robust understanding of products.Assist in the research and design of promotional literature & content on social media including Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Podcasts and video content.Distribute promotional literature and post content.Speak to prospective customers and book appointments for the financial adviser.Create and maintain client records and collate the documents and input them onto the appropriate CRM system.Maintain client confidentiality in line with GDPR.Update clients by phone, text, email & WhatsApp.Complete all administrative processes from enquiry to completion.Build relationship with clients and business development managers.You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Eager to develop new skills.Knowledge and interest in social media platforms.Customer focused.Computer literacy, Microsoft 10, Word and Excel.Minimum English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent).Third level education preferred.
