Job Duties: The employer is: INDUSTRIAL FLOORCARE MACHINES LMITED. Industrial Floorcare Machines Ltd sell and service commercial floor cleaning machines throughout the British Isles, it is our intention to train and upskill a person to become a customer service administrator. This is an office based role. Candidate will learn to use our in-house IT systems. They will interact with customers and field based staff, recording services call and despatching jobs to engineers. Creating special order parts despatches to engineers. Recording delivery and allocation of spare parts and fulfilling customers' orders. Trainee will learn to create sales orders and invoices and create new items on our ERP. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Should be able do to simple mathematics and communicate clearly. Able to communicate both orally and written. Other language skills will be a bonus. Undertake Health and Safety Training. Able to operate a computer and telephone (we can provide adjustments for candidates) and other office machinery. Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Social Media. Candidate should be able to remain calm under pressure, prioritise and multi-task. Needs to be a team player who is approachable, reliable, and committed. To be thorough and pay attention to detail. Exhibit problem-solving skills, the ability to use own initiative, and to be taught.
