Job Duties: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Dealing with customer queries both in-store and over the phone.Product knowledge across a wide range of clothing/footwear/sports equipment.Cash handling/Card transactions and managing point of sales process.Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.Manage internal transfers between stores.Visual merchandising of stock displays.Stock take.General cleaning/housekeeping duties and maintaining store standards.Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in all job training.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.It is essential the candidate has proven experience within sales, retail, or customer service. A minimum of 2 years previous experience would be a distinct advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, helpful, and confident.The capacity to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced environment.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic administration skills/Computer literate.A willingness to follow orders.Problem solving skills and the ability to use own initiative.Excellent timekeeping
