Job Duties: Prepare and follow up customer quotations. Ensure information and customer interactions are accurately recorded. Deal with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Interact with customers through our social media channels to demonstrate our products and services
Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - CProficient in the use of MS Office.Strong Customer service experience. 1+ yr. dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.Demonstrate our core values- HEART- Humility, Excellence, Adaptability, and Reliability & TeamManual handling of concrete samplesDesired criteriaCustomer experience dealing with customers onlineExperience working within a busy office environment.Previous order processing experience.Knowledge of Microsoft DynamicsCustomer complaints handling.Full and clean driving licenseA LevelsKnowledge of the Manufacturing Industry.
