Job Duties: Dealing with enquires from retail and trade customers, selling specific products in a showroom / face to face environment, processing all customer orders and queries in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner. Stock ordering and replenishment from designated suppliers and general housekeeping of a specific department or brand. Comprehensive product training will be given on all aspects of the role.Please note an element of manual lifting and handling will be required.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good communication skills.Showroom sales experience in a target driven environment preferably within the building products or furniture sector (Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, tiles, furniture sales).Good customer service skills.Basic computer skills.Good attitude and an ability to work in a team.
