Job Duties: We are Kukoon Rugs. We are a family run business based in Newry, Co Down shipping to customers all across the world. Due to continued growth and expansion plans we are now recruiting for Key Holder Retail Assistant to join our Belfast Showroom team. Providing expert advice to our growing customer base.Assisting customers in in a busy retail environment.Delivering world class customer service.Assisting our marketing team on social media campaigns.Consistently learning about our product and processes - we aim to be world class at what we do.Full keyholder duties including opening and closing of the store and bankings.Ensuring stock accuracy and processing deliveries using our stock management systems.Exceeding store targets and other KPIs.

Qualifications / Experience: We would love to meet someone with:At least 2 years experience in retail role.Genuine passion for customer service - always going the extra mile.Passion for interiors and home trends would be advantageous. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Solid computer skills with experience with microsoft packages including excel. Flexibility to work late nights and weekends. A positive, can do attitude and genuine team player. We want people excited to be part of the Kukoon family.
