Job Duties: Customer service is a very important role in the job and a high standard of customer service is expected. You will be a key member of our team, helping maintain our friendly and family culture, together a team, we create a friendly and welcoming environment in which our customers value and love.Our Sales Assistants are very important to us, we recognise that you could be our Supervisors of tomorrow.The Role:Excellent customer service.Completion of deliveries.Cash-handling.Teamwork.Handling customer complaints.Maintaining outstanding store standards.Great visual merchandising skills.Assist in the sales process.Maintain cleanliness of the store.Fully flexible.

Qualifications / Experience: 1 years' minimum retail experience required, preferably in a newsagents/convenience type store.We are looking for Sales Assistants that have a can-do attitude, love working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a team and hold excellent customer service skills.
