Job Duties: Answer all incoming customer inquiries.Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.General running of service desk including booking in and managing work.Dealing with all customer enquiries, raising quotations and invoices, liaising with customers for additional work.Processing payments and various clerical duties as required.Liaising with workshop staff and suppliers.Stay up to date on new products and services.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous customer or retail sales service experience preferable. Qualities we look for:-Professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, confident, friendly and approachable with a willingness to help and good level of computer literacy.

Other Information: Full time permanent position.Salary will be dependent on experience.Monday to Friday.Performance bonus also offered.
