Job Duties: The employer is: UTILITY BEAR.You will be involved in all areas of the everyday functioning of Utility Bear including:Picking and Packing of online orders to a strict deadline.Accepting and checking off deliveries.Organising stockrooms and accurately counting stock.Assisting customers with queries and problems online on several platforms and via telephone.Assisting customers face to face when required.Assisting with adding new stock to our website - writing product descriptions and feeding out to Marketplace sites.Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.Assisting on the company's e-commerce platform.Assisting marketing manager with e-mail and social media ideas when required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Maths and English to GCSE level A-C or equivalent.Manual handling of stock will be required.Essential Skills:Must be able to manage time efficiently and work to deadlines in a busy workplace.Have excellent communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Self-motivated with good initiative to complete necessary tasks.Must be computer literate.Organisational skills.Have a keen interest in online retail.Desirable Criteria:Good knowledge of Social Media.Creative writing skills.Previous experience with Microsoft Excel.No previous experience necessary but it is important to us that you are eager and willing to learn with a positive attitude towards work.
