Job Duties: The employer is: BODHI LIVING & LIFESTYLEDeliver a positive shopping experience for customers through providing a friendly and efficient level of customer service, making our customers feel welcome and at ease whilst shopping in the store. Interact with customers, demonstrate our products where required and use your product knowledge to drive and achieve store sales targets. Process sales transactions through the till system, process card payments and cash handling. Manage the day-to-day social media platforms for Bodhi Living & Lifestyle, including creating and scheduling content, generating statistics and monthly reporting. Create engaging content across Instagram and Facebook, to promote our products and business ethos, to encourage customer interaction and drive sales. Assist with marketing, events, and other PR activities. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE English and Maths Grade A-C.Experience in a customer service role or similar.Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages.The ability to write engaging copy for social media posts.A confident multi-tasker who can work well under pressure.Excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well under supervision and independently.
