Job Duties: Selling home furnishings to customers across all our departments.Must be able to sell high quality furniture/upholstery/beds/carpets and rugs/seasonal goods.Will be expected to become an expert in CFC products and be able to advise customers accordingly.Order items from manufacturers, tracking items and arranging delivery to customers' homes. Maintain shop floor standards and POS.Providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Minimum of 2 years' previous sales experience. GCSE Maths and English at grade C (or above) or equivalent is required.Excellent numeracy skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Driving licence and access to a mode of transport.Desirable:Experience working within a furniture/interior environment preferable.Excellent people skills, you will have a background selling to the general public and be confident building rapport.Ability to identify buying signals.A desire to work in retail sales.Good level of IT skills.
