Job Duties: Duties will include:Serving, advising and guiding customers through high level product knowledge.Dealing with customer queries, merchandising, keeping the shop floor tidy and till operation among others. Contributing to social media management. Administration of e-commerce.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Have a minimum of two years experience in retail, preferably in apparel.It is vital that you are customer focused, and have a sincere desire and ability to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and care through high level product knowledge.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.Must be efficient, self-motivated and able to work well both alone and as part of a team.Have a friendly, open and approachable attitude.Desirable: Experience in commercial social media management. Experience in visual merchandising.Flexible approach to work.
