Job Duties: To maximise sales for the branchHandle parts requirements of customers through counter service and salesTo service customers promptly and efficiently, ensuring all parts are supplied and invoiced correctlyTo work within a team and to communicate and liaise with other team membersTo attend Supplier's Training and Presentation meetings and undertake training and personal development as and when instructed
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:A record of great customer serviceA good knowledge of vehicle partsStrong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable outlookGood computer skills to utilise our electronic parts catalogues and product lookup systemsDesirable Criteria:Previous experience in an automotive sales environment or 2 years as a motor mechanicPrevious experience working with MAM Autopart and Autocat software
