Job Duties: The employer is: USPCA.Assist in maximising USPCA Charity Store sales through achieving / exceeding daily sales targets and KPIs. Fully utilise customer service skills; using basic sales techniques and product knowledge to drive sales.Assist the management of stock levels; maintaining the stock rotation system.Maintain high levels of shop presentation through general duties and housekeeping to agreed standards. Assist in pricing of items for sale according to the Charity Store guidelines.Supporting the supervisor with ecommerce and online platforms. Assisting customers at the till, including processing cash and credit card transactions. Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.Such other reasonable duties as may be allocated from time to time by Management.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths and English.IT Literate.Ability to communicate well with the general public. Self-motivated to work independently.Good general health since the job requires manual handling.Good standard of personal presentation.Be a team player, ready to be trained in all aspects of the charity store, and actively involved in all aspects of day-to-day shop operations, with a keen eye for attention to detail. An ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the charity store.
