Job Duties: The employer is: JP CORRY.Day-to-day you can expect to be kept busy interacting with customers, answering queries, carrying out stock counts, placing customer orders, and not forgetting the most important - sales. You will get the chance to learn about the products we sell, the importance of team work, health & safety and good housekeeping.You will be shadowing colleagues dealing with a number of our customers, and with time be able to offer advice & support. The day will be busy and you can expect a lot of banter with both your team and your customers as you work. You will learn how to provide great service and will get a chance to work as part of a team. You will develop skills in communication both face to face and over the phone. In 6 months' time you can expect to know the basics of merchanting, the importance of Health & Safety, customer service and our computer system for taking customer orders & payment.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
