Job Duties: The employer is: IVORY BRIDAL LTD.Greeting and serving customers as they enter the shop.Providing excellent customer service to brides and their entourage.Assisting bridal consultant(s) in appointments to style brides in the fitting room.Ensuring that stock is well displayed and cared for.Offering advice about the companys products and prices, stock availability etc.Working individually and as part of a team to deliver and achieve company sales targets.Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the bridal consultant(s) on duty.Assisting with shop deliveries and collections.Assisting in creating attractive window displays.Assisting in creation of social media content for marketing purposes.Processing online orders.Assisting in website maintenance (full training provided).Stock merchandising.General housekeeping duties.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Excellent verbal communication skills.Ability to work well with others, as well as ability to use own initiative.Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and gain product knowledge.Familiarity with social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook (training will be provided).Heavy lifting may be a requirement of this role; applicants must therefore be physically able to safely perform the duties of the role.Flexible approach to working hours; ability to work Saturdays and up to two evenings per week.Desirable:Relevant experience in a customer facing role in retail.Previous sales experience and knowledge of the bridal industry.Computer literacy.
