Job Duties: Providing expert advice to our growing customer base.Assisting customers in in a busy retail environment.Delivering world class customer service.Assisting our marketing team on social media campaigns.Consistently learning about our product and processes, we aim to be world class at what we do.Ensuring stock accuracy and processing deliveries using our stock management systems.Exceeding store targets and other KPIs.

Qualifications / Experience: We'd love to meet someone withAt least 1 year's experience in retail customer service.Experience in Key Holder position would be advantageous.Genuine passion for customer service always going the extra mile.Passion for interiors and home trends would be advantageous.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Solid computer skills with experience with Microsoft packages including Excel.Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.A positive, can do attitude and genuine team player. Please note can/will involve heavy lifting of rugs etc.
