Job Duties: Bovally Pharmacy is recruiting an OTC Sales Assistant to join our team in Limavady. We require someone to provide excellent customer service to our customers and patients. What you will do:Provide a high level of customer and patient care.Provide excellent customer advice through product knowledge.Ensure stock is merchandised and retail area is maintained to a high standard.Support the pharmacy team and focus on building good relationships with customers.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication, organisation & interpersonal skills.Ability to work well within a team.Approachable with a passion to deliver outstanding patient care. Confident advising on OTC medicines.Motivated, customer centred.Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in pharmacy.Excellent numeracy & computer skills.Desirable: Dispensary experience / Medicine Counter Assistant course.
