Job Duties: The Employer is: COMPASS ADVOCACY NETWORK LTD.Restocking and Merchandising stock.Cash handling.Handling customer queries and problems.Working with the shop manager to identify and implement new ideas that ill further develop the space.Optimise sales by running promotions and events.Develop and maintain links within the local community/ business networks to raise the profile of the shop.Participate in training to fulfil mandatory requirements and personal progression.Take appropriate responsibility to ensure the health and safety of self and others.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good organisational and administrative skillsGood numeracy skillsAbility to manage and motivate others.Ability to work on their own or as part of a team.Computer literate.Ability to work flexible hours as required.
