Job Duties: This busy wholesale food company based in Derry/Londonderry have an immediate requirement for an experienced counter sales Assistant with a proven track record in admin and customer service roles.The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in any of the following sectors.retail, hospitality, warehousing or food company.The roleBuild successful working relationships with customers, face to face and over the telephone, to help identify opportunities and drive sales growth.Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately.Support the warehouse by helping to load deliveries and organising deliveries. Ensure every customer receives top quality customer service.

Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience working with the public either face to face or over the phone in any of the following sectors, hospitality, food companies, retail or wholesale, warehousingPrevious sales experience dealing with customers on the phone, processing and fulfilling orders preferredAn excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.Ability to upsell to existing customers preferred with excellent communication skills.Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office, excel and word essentialA flexible can-do attitudeAble to work on own initiative NB This role would suit someone who wants f part time hours but must be able to work a Saturday on a rota basis.core business hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm
