Job Duties: We are currently seeking to recruit a talented assistant retail manager to work with the owner, to create a friendly, welcoming customer focused environment.As an assistant manager you will assist and take responsibility when required for the day to day running of our store operations.Oversee and develop a social media platform for the store.Use relevant processes to control security, operational excellence and ensure compliance of legislation.Plan and co-ordinate product promotions, while developing marketing within store.Co-ordinate and manage employee work schedules, performance and holidays.Manage targets and control costs to improve profitability and drive performance.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred where you have taken a hands on approach.
