Job Duties: The employer is: SIMPLY ZEN.Provide great customer service by greeting and assisting customers and clients to find goods and products they are looking for.Provide sound advice to customers based on product knowledge.Keep shop presentation updated by sorting, pricing, storing and displaying merchandise.Be responsible for the management of cash and the correct usage of the Point of Sale system at checkout.Preparing and processing online orders for postage or collection.Assist in keeping the store tidy and is kept in line with Health and Safety. Attend appropriate training when required.Be able to work flexible hours on a rota basis which will include weekends.Be responsible for opening and closing of premises during trading hours.Any other duties that may be required by the Manager.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths & English (desirable).A basic or good understanding of spiritual/metaphysical/holistic products and services we offer (further training will be provided on this).Basic computer (ICT) skills.Great customer service (interpersonal skills).Relevant experience within the retail/consumer sector (desirable).Willingness to show initiative and a passion for the spiritual/holistic field.All training will be provided.
