Job Duties: The employer is: SOUTHERN AREA HOSPICE SERVICES.Provide excellent customer service, handling customer queries.Sort donated goods including processing and pricing stock.Ensure a high standard of presentation, display and merchandising of stock.Till duties and cash handling.Working with the shop supervisor to market and promote items through social media platforms.Assist with identifying, listing and dispatch of items in our e-commerce stores.Work with supervisor to organise quarterly shop events and themed window displays.Assist with housekeeping to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.Attend appropriate training as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Excellent time keeping and attendance.The ability to work as part of a team, but be able to work on your own when required.A polite and courteous manner when assisting /greeting our customers.The ability to follow our policies and procedures and help to maintain a safe working environment.A willingness to take on tasks assigned to you and participate in events which help the shop to maintain an income.Good communication and the ability to receive instruction and to provide your supervisor with updates on work/daily activity when required.
