Job Duties: CCRS Recovery are seeking applications for experienced Customer Support operators to work within our Roadside Recovery Control Room at our HQ in Bangor.The role will work directly with our Roadside Recovery and Logistical Operations to ensure Solutions are delivered above and beyond customer's expectations.Taking incoming requests by Phone, Email & Electronically from Motoring Clubs Insurance Companies, Trade and Fleet Customers you'll ensure that we respond accordingly in the most effective manner at all times by despatching the appropriate solutions and roadside resources to the customer.We operate 24/7 365 days a year and so some shifts will apply.

Qualifications / Experience: It is essential that you have working knowledge of Office applications excellent communication skill - verbal & written; and a good geographical knowledge of the Northern Ireland - enjoy Working in a fast paced environment, be an effective communicator and have the ability to think outside the box.You will be expected to cover various shifts including early morning / late finishes and weekends. Experience working in the Motor Trade or Logistics related environment is desirable but not essential as full training and ongoing development will be provided to the right applicant.Due to the nature of our works you will be Police vetted.
