Job Duties: Welcoming guests to the hotel, dealing with their requests and ensuring the customer experience is exceptional.Operating a switchboard system to answer all telephone calls as quickly and effectively as possible.Promoting all company products and services to prospective guests.Compiling guest's bills and ensuring payments are received in accordance with standards.
Qualifications / Experience: Desirable requirements:Experience of working as a receptionist within the hospitality industry. Formal telephone / switchboard / customer care training.
