Job Duties: Taking calls from customers who may have connection issues, billing queries or technical faults.To develop specialism in your area so that you are more likely to resolve customers issues quickly and effectively at first call and in a time efficient manner.
Qualifications / Experience: Excellent listening skills.Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.A genuine passion for customer service.A professional telephone manner.Effective time management.An openness to feedback and confidence working with others.Have a natural flair for conversation, genuine empathy and the resilience to address customer issues call after call.
