Job Duties: The employer is: THE LIGHTHOUSE (IRELAND).Covering for reception.Answering telephone and incoming emails. Operating switchboard.Front of house duties. Other administrative tasks as deemed appropriate.Managing the fulfilment of fundraising packs and large-scale mailings.Researching corporate supporters to identify new sources of income.Supporting the Fundraising Coordinator with management of collection cans, health fairs and bi-annual newsletter.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: IT proficient and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Good communication skills, written and verbal.Good team player.GCSE qualified, to include English and Maths (Grade C and above).Social media skills.This post will be subject to an Access NI Check.
