Job Duties: Welcome guests to the hotelProvide efficient, prompt and courteous front office service with guests arriving and in-house guestsRespond to guest requests for information about the hotel and the surroundingsAllocate rooms, issue keys and print registration cardsHandle incoming guest room reservations.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential5 GSCEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above or the equivalentAt least one years' experience in a public facing positionMust be knowledgeable of the local areaFriendly and professional telephone mannerStrong customer service skillsPatience and tactGood problem solving skillsThe ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once
