Job Duties: You will be performing task associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. You will also help supporting with the general duties which support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Must have more than 2 years' experience in a front of house role in hotel, hospitality and or a corporate environment settingExcellent Customer services skillsExcellent communication, time management and organisational skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving, decision making skillsExcellent ability to adapt to diverse situationsBe able to promote the highest standards of personal appearance and friendlinessBe flexibly in hours of work to cover ad-hoc requests such as setting up meeting rooms Competent in the use of Microsoft application such as Outlook, Word, ExcelDesirable:Hotel ExperienceNVQ or similar qualification in customer servicesValid SIA license
