Job Duties: The employer is: INNER BEAUTY.Managing reception area including greeting clients, managing the appointment diary, booking client appointments, call handling and upselling of services/treatments and retail products. Maintaining retail stock levels on website and reporting on stock levels to re-order.Performing opening and closing procedures to include cashing up and reporting on daily takings. Processing card and cash payments and processing sale of gift vouchers online and in person.Updating client details. Posting on social media platforms, sending client consultation forms via email, planning and executing client emails and special offers and updating website with retail stock and treatments. Maintaining the daily COVID log.Responsible for maintaining reception area and assisting other team members & therapists setting up and maintaining treatment rooms when necessary.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: GCSE grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent). Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Excellent record keeping skills and has experience in dealing with payments and performance reconciliations. An interest in holistic and beauty services. Someone who is a team player, who is organised and can offer excellent customer service.Desirable: Someone who has experience managing an appointment diary, working in a customer service environment and who understands social media platforms. Training will be provided in these areas.
