Job Duties: To carry out general reception duties in spa and leisure club.Answering the telephone.Dealing with guests and making bookings via the telephone or internet.General cash handling of all transactions. Liaising with other staff on daily operations. Promoting and selling the spa facilities and products.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent).Must have strong understanding of the Spa/Hospitality industry.Excellent phone etiquette.Good knowledge of beauty products and to be able to promote them to clients.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent IT skills and familiar with various software applications.Flexible with working hours including weekends.Desirable:Previous experience in Spa/Health Club environment.Knowledge of social media platforms.
