Job Duties: The Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for the operation of all Internal Floor(s), Client Floor(s) and Hospitality areas (where applicable) across the Deloitte office. Being a Covid-19 Champion by ensuring you provide a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors and Deloitte people.The core hours of the GSA will be an 8-hour shift within the service hours of 07.00 - 18.00. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.To provide excellent service to clients and guests, ensuring the office is Covid-19 safe and carrying out all duties to the highest of standards. To be flexible in their approach and offer business support as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer careConfident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships at all levelsProven experience of administration, planning and organisationIT literate to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointPragmatic approach to problem solvingAble to work on own initiative and also work effectively within a teamAble to work flexibly, attend meetings and occasional overnight stays if required by the businessDesirable Criteria:Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Personal Assistant/Secretary roleNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area
