Qualifications / Experience: GCSE English Language (Grade A-C) or equivalent plus 1 year's clerical/secretarial experience in an office environmentOr2 years' clerical / secretarial experience in an office environmentIn addition, to (a) or (b) applicants must possess RSA Stage II Typing / Word Processing - both parts.OrOne year's experience in the use of ICT.
