Job Duties: The employer is: GEORGE LOWDEN GUITARS LIMITED.Answering calls and emails.Greeting visitors and locating appropriate members of staff.Organising meeting rooms and making refreshments.Collecting post and delivering to appropriate staff member.Delivering post to post office.Liaising with the dispatch team for expected larger orders.Checking canteen and office supply levels and sending orders through to the finance team.Ad hoc administrative tasks.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in a similar type of role.Preferably experience in the manufacturing sector.Minimum 4 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent).Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
