Job Duties: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure the front desk operates in an organised manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaAn understanding of the importance of quality guest service.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Effective organisational skills.A knowledge of IT systems.Desirable CriteriaWorking knowledge of Protel.
