Job Duties: The ideal candidate must have the following attributes: As Night Porter, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, such as:Welcoming late arriving guests, checking them in and directing them to their roomsAssisting guests with luggage.As Night Porter, your duties will include setting up/breaking down and cleaning conference rooms to meet customer requirements, Cleaning of Public AreasProviding room service to guests after bar/restaurant closing hours, some reception duties for late/early check in/out.Cash Handling Security Checks throughout the hotelBar Service.Please note some heavy lifting is required.

Qualifications / Experience: What we need from you:Possess a welcoming personality to make The Burrendale Hotel an experience to remember.Adaptable and able to prioritise quickly in a dynamic environment.The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and have experience of dealing with the public.Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment The ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
