Job Duties: As Night Porter, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, such as:Welcoming late arriving guests, checking them in and directing them to their roomsAssisting guests with luggageAs Night Porter, your duties will include setting up/breaking down and cleaning conference rooms to meet customer requirementsCleaning of Public AreasProviding room service to guests after bar/restaurant closing hours, some reception duties for late/early check in/out.Cash Handling Security Checks throughout the hotelBar Service.
Qualifications / Experience: What we need from you:Clean, Valid UK driving licenceAdaptable and able to prioritise quickly in a dynamic environment.Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and have experience of dealing with the public.Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment The ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
