Job Duties: Day ConciergeAssisting guests through check-in journey.Helping with luggage.Valet Parking guests cars.Providing guests with information about local attractions and assisting with external reservations.Night PorterSecurity of the building during the night.Assisting guests with drink requests.Checking guests in and out of the hotel.IT operations.Providing Bar services.Completing Night audit duties.Completing Cleaning & Health & Safety Duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have a full driving license for a min of 2 years.Previous customer service experience desirable.
