Job Duties: Health and Safety.Food Hygiene.Washing cooking pots, pans, utensils, equipment, floors, etc.Removing, sorting and recycling waste.Storing kitchen equipment appropriately.Wash food service crockery and cutlery correctly.Use chemicals correctly and safely.Assist prepare basic food items.Assist pack stores after deliveries are checked.Following work instructions correctly and within the time given.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Permitted to legally live and work in Northern Ireland/UK (evidence of immigration status & right to work with ID).Desirable:To have experience to similar duties in a hotel kitchen environment.
