Job Duties: Health & Safety in the workplace.Food Hygiene in the workplace.Adhering to company policy.Washing cooking pots, pans, utensils, equipment, floors, etc.Removing, sorting & recycling waste.Storing kitchen equipment appropriately.Wash food service crockery & cutlery correctly.Use chemicals correctly & safely.Assist prepare basic food items.Assist pack stores after deliveries are checked.Following work instructions correctly and within the time given.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good standard of education.Permitted to legally live & work in Northern Ireland/UK (evidence of immigration status & right to work with ID).Desirable:Previous experience of similar duties in a hotel kitchen environment.
