Job Duties: Presenting, a smart, alert, visible and customer focused concierge presence at all times.Greeting customers & thanking customers Opening and Closing of BuildingPatrolling of building General reception duties / Assisting with EnquiriesWriting complete and accurate incident reports and taking appropriate action as required Ensuring the safety and security of our clients' visitors, buildings and assets by carrying out all duties in full adherence with the site assignment instructions.Ensure full compliance with site policies and procedures.Adhering to site regulations, to include fire, health and safety, COVID19 and evacuations.Ensure that all incidents, which occur during your duties, are reported promptly and recorded within the guidelines laid down by the Client/Sword Security Management and are efficiently dealt withBasic Janitorial duties
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria Ability to deliver excellent customer service, with a positive, professional attitudeMust be able to display a flexible approach to work with the drive to learn multiple disciplinesExperience within the security / retail industry within a similar role
