Job Duties: Night Shift Supervisor, overseeing shift of the hotel, customer service, drinks service, cleaning duties, computer admin work.Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer serviceGuest relationsResponsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g. first aid Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standardContribute to the efficient running of the hotel.Food & Beverage service at nightFront Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests

Qualifications / Experience: Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be providedAt least 1 year experience working within a customer / guest facing positionGood computer skills and knowledge of Guestline would be an advantageExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environmentA warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
