Job Duties: Maintenance around commercial buildings.Working on refrigeration plant and split units.Planned preventative maintenance.Working in plant/boiler rooms.HVAC maintenance, planned and reactive.Understanding compliance with Statutory Regulations.Knowledge of installation, decommissioning, repair and maintenance of plant such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and drainage services will be advantageous.Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on requested client equipment.

Qualifications / Experience: 3 years' experience in a similar role.Certificate/Diploma/Trade in Electrical Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent is preferable.Strong troubleshooting/Problem solving skills.Computer literacy.Experience in an FMCG environment an advantage.Knowledge of electrical & refrigeration systems.Demonstrate a strong aptitude for multi-tasking.Demonstrate a high level of Technical ability.Commitment to achievement of manufacturing excellence.Good communication skills, self-starter, assertive, work well under pressure.Candidates should be flexible to work overtime when requested. There may also be an on-call requirement with this role.
