Job Duties: Responsible for maintaining and updating all Personnel records.Provide support on all areas of recruitment.Provide clerical support in meetings.To travel to stores, when required, for training, meeting or support purposes.Provide administrative support to Head Office.Update information and other records as necessary on computer system.Data input, production and analysis of reports.Deal with routine correspondence and queries in an appropriate manner.Take and distribute messages as necessary.Ensure the efficient use of photocopier and fax machine.Ensure office area is clean and tidy at all times.Any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Minimum of 3 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent.Experience and up to date knowledge of IT systems including Email and Microsoft Word and Excel.Maintains confidentiality.Good organisational skills.Good communication skills.Enthusiastic and positive customer focused individual.A proactive team player with a can do attitude.To be able to show flexibility when required.Desirable:Experience of dealing with the general public.Previous experience in an office environment undertaking a clerical role.Experience dealing with queries and communicating via telephone, email and zoom.Actively involved in the local community, a club or society.
