Job Duties: The employer is: THE IRISH JOINERY COMPANY.Provide commercial support to aid the delivery of the project.Delivery project costs and reports.Compile Preliminary costs, Labour costs, Material Allowances.Prepare payment applications.Prepare final accounts.Issuing sub-contractor packages.Requisitioning of materials.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: BSc in Quantity surveying and commercial management (or equivalent commercially related degree).Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent planning and organising skills.
