Job Duties: Updating all our social media platforms daily, responding to candidate applications, posting social media updates, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Coordinate hiring activitiesUndertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, making calls drafting and sending invites to assessment centres)Prepare and post job ads online on all social media platformsHelp with resume screening and initial phone screensSchedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidatesProcess background checksMaintain candidate databaseResolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)Assist with new hire on boarding (e.g. preparing documents for adverts, training and issuing invites etc.)

Qualifications / Experience: Previous clerical experience desirable. Understanding of Social Media Platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Indeed Good competency in English both verbal and writtenComputer literateAbility to compile job adverts and post on all social media platforms6 months previous clerical / office/ admin/ sales role experience desirable
